


Rest & Reimagine: A Soulful Pause for Freedom Dreamers
In honor of Juneteenth, you’re invited to Rest & Reimagine, a virtual gathering centering rest as a portal to healing, liberation, and inner transformation. This soulful gathering is a space for those across the Black or African diaspora to lay down what’s heavy, to soften what’s guarded, and to remember our freedom through sacred rest.
Rest & Reimagine is your invitation to rest the body, reimagine the self, and dream of collective liberation. In the spirit of Juneteenth, we return to the truth that rest is resistance, remembrance, and renewal. This restorative experience offers a nurturing space to explore rest as radical care, with practices that center stillness as medicine and dreaming as liberation.
Rooted in the belief that rest is a liberatory birthright, this journey will include grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and a full Yoga Nidra session - a deeply restorative form of guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” We’ll end our time together with a guided reflection for reimagining personal and collective freedom.
